Bailey Shea, RYT, RPYT

 

Bailey began practicing asana in 2002 as a complement to high school athletics.  She was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits but after years of practice realized that the way her body surrenders to the practice with a quiet mind is what draws her back to the mat.  Bailey is drawn to creative vinyasa flow with precise attention to alignment.  She is continually amazed and humbled by the power of one’s yoga practice and the transformation that takes place in a few square feet of space.
 
In addition to teaching vinyasa flow, Bailey teaches Pre and Postnatal Yoga, as well as Yoga for High School Athletes and Tweens.
